HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that he deciding whether or not he will file a
response to respondent’s motion for summary judgment. The complainant was informed
that his response must be filed on or before May 7, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on June 14, 2007, at 10:30 a.m.. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for their own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
