On April 25, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that they have no issues regarding the
upcoming hearing scheduled for May 9, 2007. After a brief discussion, however, it was
agreed that the hearing scheduled for May 9, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. will now commence at
8:00 a.m.
