HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 26, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement regarding the type of barrier to
be installed, and are waiting for further cost estimates.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 31, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
