HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner continues to compile information for respondent’s
consideration, and will file an additional waiver to January 17, 2008 within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently October 18, 2007.
