HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement on all outstanding issues, and
petitioner will propose language for some of the permit limits. This appeal will remain open
until a new permit has been issued.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 28, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
