HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 23, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent called in advance to say that he would be unable to
attend. Complainant reports that the parties are not discussing settlement, thus a hearing
will be set at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on May 21, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
