HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent
believes this appeal has been rendered moot by subsequent permits, and petitioner was going to
confirm this with its environmental consultant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 24, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
