HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a request to admit facts. If there is no
response, complainant will proceed with a motion for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 16, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
