HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 19, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The evaluation of Edward Pruim’s medical condition by his
attending cardiologist was briefly discussed. The evaluation was filed by the respondent,
Community Landfill Company, Inc., on April 13, 2007.
The complainant represented that it intends to file a motion to set a hearing date,
or alternatively, to sever claims as reflected in the March 15, 2007 Board order.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on June 21, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
