HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 17, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties hope to meet this month to begin discussing the
construction issues involved in this appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 19, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently September 20, 2007. Petitioner
agreed to file a deadline waiver within the next seven days.
