HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 16, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant reports that the parties have reached a tentative agreement, and a
stipulation will be prepared for respondents’ review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on June 25, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
