HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 10, 2007, the parties participated separately in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent hopes to install new fan blades within the next two weeks,
and will check on the status of the noise report to be provided to complainants.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on May 10, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
