HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 10, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement on all issues, and the revised
permit is being prepared for public notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 10, 2007. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
