HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The parties have started settlement discussions. Respondent is
researching funding for the compliance issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
