HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 9, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has signed the settlement agreement, and will return it to
complainant this week. The next status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice if
the agreement has been filed with the Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
