HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 5, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. Among other things, the proposed agreed revised discovery schedule
was discussed. The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows.
Objections to written discovery responses are due on or before April 27, 2007.
Depositions of lay or fact witnesses must be completed on or before August 3, 2007.
Requests to admit must be served on or before August 31, 2007. Requests for disclosure
of expert witnesses must be served on or before August 31, 2007. Written expert witness
disclosures must be served on or before September 28, 2007. Depositions of expert
witnesses must be completed on or before November 16, 2007. All dispositive and pre-
hearing motions must be filed on or before December 28, 2007.
Further, it was agreed that complainant may file a reply to respondent’s response
to complainant’s motion to strike on or before April 17, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 22, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
