HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 5, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent anticipates that a permit modification will be issued in the next
30 days. Once issued, the petitioner anticipates that it will file a motion to voluntarily withdraw
the above-captioned matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on May 31, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily withdraw is filed prior to the
next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
