HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 4, 2007, the hearing officer spoke with the attorney for the City of Madison.
The hearing officer granted the City an additional week to file the administrative record to ensure
that certain technical requirements were met. In light of the decision deadline waiver, the
hearing officer finds that the parties will not be prejudiced by the delay. The deadline for filing
the administrative record is April 12, 2007.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
The decision deadline is November 15, 2007.
