    BRIEF IN EXCESS OF 50 PAGES
    NOW COMES
    , Respondent, the Peoria County Board, by and through its
    attorneys, and for this Motion for Leave to File Response Brief in Excess of 50 Pages,
    states as follows:
    1. On or about February 9, 2007, Petitioner, Peoria Disposal Company, filed a
    Motion for Leave to File an Opening Brief in Excess of 50 Pages, setting forth the
    reasons why it was necessary to exceed the page limitation.
    2.
    Among the contentions of PDC in its Motion were the extensive nature of
    the record, and the multitude and complexity of the issues.
    4.
    Respondent, Peoria County Board, did not object to the motion, and the
    motion was granted by order of the Board dated March 1, 2007.
    5.
    For the same reasons Petitioner found it necessary to exceed the page
    limit, Respondent also finds it necessary to exceed the page limit.
    6.
    Respondent cannot adequately brief all of the issues within the 50 page
    limitation.
    7.
    Petitioner, Peoria Disposal Company has no object to this motion.
    8.
    Respondent, Peoria County Board estimates that its Response Brief will be
    approximately 75 pages.
    WHEREFORE
    , the Respondent, Peoria County Board, respectfully requests
    leave to exceed the 50 page limit for its Response Brief.
