HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 2, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s management is reviewing the proposed settlement agreement,
and will be sending it to respondent as soon as it is complete.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
