HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, the parties informed the hearing officer that they have
resolved the permit language and the respondent is proceeding on a final draft. The
petitioner represented that it will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on June 14, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
