HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 16, 2007, respondent filed a motion for extension of time until April 6, 2007 to
file its brief and the amicus brief. With the additional time, respondent believes that the parties
may reach a global settlement of the issues raised in this appeal. According to respondent,
petitioner and counsel for amicus do not object. The motion is granted. Respondent’s brief and
the amicus brief are due by April 6, 2007, and petitioner’s reply is due by April 20, 2007.
The decision deadline for this case is June 7, 2007.
