HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 29, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it will have internal discussions within the next
few days to discuss the recent correspondence from the respondent. It anticipates that it will
withdraw all outstanding issues save one. The hearing officer anticipates setting a hearing date
at the next telephonic status conference.
The respondent was directed to file the record on or before April 27, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 31, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
