HEARING REPORT
On February 27, 2007, a hearing in this matter was held at the James R.
Thompson Center, 100 W. Randolph, Suite 11-512, Chicago, Illinois. Complainants
David Bennett and Joe Vosicky were present. Attorney Thomas Posey appeared on
behalf of the respondent. The hearing was held and the parties tendered a stipulation and
proposal for settlement pursuant to Sections 103.304 and 103.306 of the Board’s
procedural rules.
The hearing officer directed that public comment is due to be filed on or before
March 16, 2007.
