HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 26, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant has sent out proposed stipulations to respondents Cochran &
Wilken, Inc. and Southwind Construction Corporation. Complainant and respondent Lake
Arlann Drainage District continue to work on a closure plan.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
