HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 26, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s noise expert was not satisfied with the solutions proposed by
respondent’s noise expert. Respondent has rejected the proposal from complainant’s expert, as it
would cause traffic safety issues due to obstructed vision. The parties will try to set up a meeting
with both noise experts to determine whether this case may be settled, or whether a hearing will
be needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 26, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
