HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 26, 2007, petitioners participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. According to petitioners, the resolution of certain technical issues in these
appeals are relevant to an enforcement matter (People v. National City Environmental and
National City Recycling, PCB 06-115). Petitioners are trying to obtain additional groundwater
sampling information for its discussions with respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
