HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 22, 2007, complainant’s attorney advised the hearing officer that he
would be unable to attend the telephone status conference set for April 9, 2007.
Accordingly, that meeting is cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on April 23, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
