HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 22, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it had just recently received the
responses to its discovery requests and stated that it will proceed to review the
documents. It is noted that the complainant was served the responses to the discovery
requests on March 21, 2007. The due date for the responses was March 12, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 12, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
