HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are awaiting the Board’s ruling on the motions for
summary judgment which has been ready to write since December 21, 2006. If the Board
does not rule within the next 30 days, petitioner may file a motion to revoke the open
waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. May 22, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
