HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents’ attorney is going to send complainant documentation
that Bobby Myers is not a proper party to this action.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:15 a.m. on April 19, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
