HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 19, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent believes this appeal has been rendered moot by subsequent permits.
Petitioner requested an additional 30 days to discuss this with its environmental consultant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on April 19, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
