HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 13, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner is compiling additional information for respondent’s
consideration.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 24, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The statutory decision deadline is currently June 21, 2007. Petitioner will file an
additional waiver to October 18, 2007 within the next seven days.
