HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 13, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is going to depose a witness from the Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on May 1, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently June 21, 2007. Petitioner will file a
deadline waiver to October 18, 2007 within the next seven days.
