HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties agree that complainant’s response to the motion for
summary judgment shall be due on March 30, 2007. At that time, complainant will also
file a cross motion for summary judgment. The parties agree that respondent’s response
to that motion will be due 30 days from the date of receipt.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 10, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
