Complaint for an Administrative Citation, we are requesting a hearing
from the Pollution Control Board to discuss an extended amount of time
to resolve the pollution violations .
Ruben Valdez has contacted Don Terry, Environmental
Compliance Inspector, to request an amount of 60 extra days to be into
compliance. There have been many days of snow, rain, extreme wind
and hail, and muddy weather and land conditions that have prevented
Alvin and Ruben Valdez to the ability to evacuate any open debris or
move any such motor vehicle .
Within 60 days, Ruben and Alvin Valdez are very confident that
compliance will be made, and the problem will be resolved .
