HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent continues to do sampling at the site. When the results are
determined, settlement discussions will resume.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 10, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
