HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2007, the parties submitted an agreed proposed discovery schedule.
The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. All initial written
discovery must be served on or before April 11, 2007. All responses to initial written
discovery must be served on or before May 11, 2007. All oral discovery, including but
not limited to, depositions and subpoenas duces tecum, must be completed on or before
July 11, 2007. All final written discovery must be served on or before August 13, 2007.
All responses to final written discovery must be served on or before September 12, 2007.
All dispositive motions must be filed on or before November 12, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 10, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
