HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 8, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearting officer. The respondent represented that it has yet to make a decision about whether
they will file a motion for summary judgment in this matter. The respondent anticipates that it
will have a decision by the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on March 13, 2007, 1:30 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
