HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 7, 2007, the parties notified the hearing officer and stated that the parties have
a scheduling conflict regarding the March 22, 2007 telephonic status conference. To that end, it
was agreed that the telephonic status conference is rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on April 5, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
