HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 5, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant Vernon Zohfeld is now deceased. Complainants’ attorney needs
time to speak with Elaine Zohfeld to determine how, or if, the case will proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 12, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants.
