HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 1, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have started settlement discussions and are working on a
compliance schedule. The parties agree that respondent’s answer to the complaint shall
not be due unless settlement negotiations reach an impasse.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 4, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
