HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Petitioners’ attorney was unable to attend due to a hearing,
but continues work with petitioners to decide the best manner in which to proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:15 a.m. on March 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently June 21, 2007. Petitioner agreed to file a waiver to
August 23, 2007, within the next seven days.
