HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s compliance schedule has been extended due to the weather.
Complainant continues to work on a penalty demand.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
