Complainant the Village of Grayslake (the
"Village"), by its attorneys, Holland & Knight
LLP, and complainants Doris Glave and Glenn Glave (the
"Gloves") (collectively the "Co-
Complainants"),
move that the Illinois Pollution Control Board (the "Board"), through its
Hearing Officer, Bradley P
. Halloran, dismiss the above-noted consolidated action (the
"Consolidated Action"), and in support, state :

On June 6, 2005, Brent Harris, Patty Harris, and the Winds Chant Kennel, Inc .
(the "Respondents") and the Co-Complainants (collectively the
"Parties") entered into a
settlement agreement (the
"Settlement Agreement") .

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, Co-Complainants seek to dismiss their
claims in this Consolidated Action with prejudice and with each party to bear its own fees, costs,
and expenses .

Bradley P . Halloran, dismiss the Consolidated Action .
