HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2007, the parties submitted an agreed proposed briefing schedule
for complainant’s motion to compel, filed January 31, 2007. The proposed briefing
schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: respondent must complete and serve its
responses to the complainant’s first request for production of documents on or before
February 20, 2007; respondent must complete and serve responses to complainant’s first
set of interrogatories on or before March 12, 2007. If respondent fails to abide by the
above briefing schedule, the respondent must file its response to complainant’s motion to
compel on or before March 15, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 22, 2007, at 10:15 a.m. Please note
the time change. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter and their readiness for hearing.
