HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 22, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time to
file its record, to and including February 28, 2007. The petitioner had no objection.
Respondent’s motion is granted.
The petitioner represented that it will review the record once received and initiate
discussions prior to the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on March 29, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
