hearing officer. The parties report significant progress. Respondent sent petitioner a draft
permit, but some additional information will be needed from petitioner before it can be finalized.
At the next status conference, petitioner should be prepared to file an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 3, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is August 23, 2007.
