NOW COMES the Complainant, the ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
(“Illinois EPA”), by and through its attorney, Michelle M. Ryan, pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 108.502
and the Order of the Pollution Control Board (“Board”) in this case dated February 1, 2007, and presents
its Statement of Costs for this case as follows:

Copying/clerical/mailing fees (estimated)

TOTAL CLAIMED:
