HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 21, 2007, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. Respondent believes this appeal
has been rendered moot by subsequent permits. Again, the petitioner is directed to file a status
report before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 19, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
